Sunday Lunch // Color palette: green+violet

Sunday lunch here. I opened my fridge and I decided to find inspiration on colors for my lunch, here is the final result. I love the association of green color and violet. The recipe is very easy, there is a first layer of purple cabbage, finely chopped, with a drop of Balsamic vinegar of Modena. Then, you have to add fresh asparagus, cooked with extra virgin oil and a drop of Savignon Blanc. The latest layer is the fried egg with pepper. The final touch is italian cappers of course.
